Contract Manufacturing
PTI was contracted by a major medical supplier to design and build tooling and manufacture components for their new low volume production medical device. The 15 part project was developed using QC-7 Aluminum and P-20 Steel throughout its construction. All part geometry's have a textured finish. Five of the parts are pad printed, one with multi-color. PTI began cutting the cavity geometry within one day of receipt of CAD data from our customer. We delivered all the components in 5 weeks.

Patient Monitoring Program
	PTI’s rapid turn-around concepts allowed this medical device manufacturer the ability to bring this product to market at remarkable speed. The (9) parts of this program were all completed and delivered in under 5 weeks. PTI’s rapid tooling systems allow our customers a fast track from concept to finished product.
